WHERE DOES EVERYTHING COME FROM?

Each collection is sourced from various artisans + craftsman and curated by the Lauren Waldorf Interiors designe team. We mindfully select high-quality items most loved by us + our clients and make them available to you.

CAN I COME VISIT YOUR SHOP/STUDIO?

Lauren Waldorf Interiors is based in Charleston, South Carolina, currently open to design clients by appointment only. 

 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipping timelines vary depending on the origin and nature of items purchased. While most items are fulfilled by our studio team + usually go out in just a few business days, some items, such as textiles, made-to-order fine art prints, and furniture may take longer than others. We make an effort to ensure most items in the shop are in-stock and ready to go, but occasionally items may be backordered or require longer lead times if they are larger pieces. You will receive shipping information for your order as soon as it has shipped. You are always welcome to contact us for status updates!

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Currently, anywhere in the continental United States. If you are located outside of the U.S., please contact us and we will do everything we can to a fulfill an order for you. 

 

 

WHO CAN I CONTACT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

You can contact us by email at shop@laurenwaldorf.com to talk about anything regarding your order. We hope you love your items, but if  your order is delivered damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and we'll be happy to issue replacement(s). If within 30 days, your item needs to be returned for defects or quality concerns, please contact us. Vintage or one-of-a-kind items are final sale and are marked as such in their product description. If you change your mind about an order, you're welcome to return within 15 days for store credit. Contact us for details. Oversized items such as furniture adhere to their manufacturer's policies and sometimes hold warranties. We want you to be happy and comfortable with purchasing these pieces, so if there is a particular item you'd like more information about, please feel free to email us and we'll be in touch shortly. 

 

 

I'M NERVOUS ABOUT PURCHASING A LARGE ITEM WITHOUT SEEING IT FIRST! HELP!

Not to worry! As designers, we deal with this often and feel your pain. The good news is that we have used each item in our shop in projects (not the one you'll be receiving, of course...our clients would be really mad if we sold their stuff!), and they've earned our seal of approval. 

 

In other words, we don't sell poor quality products. If you're concerned about how something will look or fit, we highly recommend measuring first, ordering samples when possible, and contacting us at shop@laurenwaldorf.com with any questions you might have.
